Need from the user's point of view

In order to share/exploit a set of feedback, I would like to be able to export them in csv format.

For example:

email of the person giving the feedback;Positive points;Areas for improvement;Comment
mail1@zenika.com;good speaker;speaks too quickly;happy to work with you
mail2@blabla.com;funny;no idea;best mario kart player

I did it for my annual interview, an automatic export would have been appreciated.
