When I run python src/chess_zero/run.py --cmd self, I got this error. Anyone can help me?

Hello! Try installing the exact packages recommended at requirements.txt. This seems to fix the problem. Note that the repo recommends Python 3.6.3 and tensorflow-gpu isn't available for python 3.7.
