       comIFJCMT file1 file2 edge_channels  
       The aim of this script is to combine spectral line data, which are
       obtained from two IFs but with the same receiver. Both IF data 
       have the same sequence. The code will automatically remove the edge
       channels which is very noisy, and merge the overlapped region. 


       USAGE:
  
       comIFJCMT file1 file2 edge 
       
       example:
 
       comIFJCMT a20160424_00013_01_0001.jcmt a20160424_00013_02_0001.jcmt 50
