Show.Text.File's Proportional/Fixed label baseline is 1px too high

Really like the look with the new "Improve window title bar appearance," it does look more authentic and less busy.

In testing v1.4-alpha4, I notice that when displaying a text file with Show.Text.File, the "Proportional" / "Fixed" label in the title bar is not resting on the same baseline as the title bar text; it's 1px too high and looks visually disjoint from the title text to its left.
