Device Capture Permission Problem With License file

Camera and microphone is working without licenses
But as soon as i add license file in AppData/Roaming(Current Date file)
It's stop working
Also Java script for permission of microphone and camera is not executing ( maybe may fault but if you can help me with that will be cool)

Now it's not showing anything after proper license file so there is a problem
