The Carbon Catalogue public database: This dataset is a public database of carbon footprints of 866 commercial products from 8 industry sectors and 5 continents. The dataset includes the carbon footprint of each product in CO2 equivalent (kg CO2e), the industry sector, the country of origin, and the year of publication. The dataset is available in CSV format and is licensed under a CC0 1.0 license.

MRIO: The SWC MRIO is an environmentally extended multi-regional input-output model (MRIO) or world MRIO, which produces spend-based emission factors for 103 different industries in 65 countries. Propietary license but available to download and use for free. Can be used for by third parties for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

RIVM: The Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) provides a database of environmental impacts of food products. The database includes data on greenhouse gas emissions, land use, water use, and other environmental impacts of food products. The unit used in this study is 1 kg of food consumed by the Dutch consumer and sold through a Dutch supermarket. The data is available in Excel format and is licensed under a CC BY 4.0 license.
