Error KDR data after EU Tier Count Changes. #2

If EU Tier count changes from 4 to 5 (T1T2T3T4 -> T1T2T3T4T5)... data will broken.

A good way to reslove this is to use crontab to delete matches.json and worlds.json before eu or na reset.
