The 'MRI Protocol Violations' page should not contain any tab. It should only report the violations of type 'Could not identify scan type' that match the sub-page's filter criteria. The result table for this sub-page should have a new column 'Resolution Status' (non-editable) that indicates whether the violation was resolved or not.
The 'MRI Protocol Checks Violations' page should not contain any tab either. It should only report the violations of type 'Protocol Violation' that match the sub-page's filter criteria. The result table for this sub-page should have a new column 'Resolution Status' (non-editable) that indicates whether the violation was resolved or not.
