Describe the bug
When creating a new ticket, if no attachment is added, when clicking 'Submit Issue', an error is displayed saying:

  • 'Failed to submit issue :('
    The user is not redirected, even though the ticket is actually created.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):

  1. Go to 'Issue tracker and go to the 'Add Issue' page. Enter the appropriate fields and do not include an attachment. When you click 'Submit Issue', the error 'Failed to submit issue :(' is displayed. User is not redirected. If an attachment is eventually added, the user is redirected and ticket created.
