Describe the bug
Strange missing entries in the Feedback Level column. The entries show up as links, so the absence of entries means there is no link to the feedback nor a name.

@ridz1208 Some of these rows are a CCNA issue, but some appear to also be non-instrument level rows that are not considered in the formatting of the column:
https://github.com/aces/Loris/blob/24.0-release/modules/behavioural_qc/jsx/tabs_content/behaviouralFeedback.js#L111

the column only gives a link for feedback at the instrument level, but visit level feedbacks also show up in the table.

This issue appears shows up again when upgrading CCNA loris from 23.0.8 to 24.1.4. Its seems to be a LORIS issue not a CCNA override

@driusan There are no empty feedback level anymore. However, if a behavioral feedback is created at the profile level, it does not appear in the table within the behavioural_qc feedback tab.
