Making a quick ticket to vote for adding UTF-8 console output in! I'm sure it wouldn't be easy but it would help a beginner like me out!

I know the README says it's not yet implemented, so this'll help people like me realize that means the output is meant to be garbled for now.

Everything necessary for the basic stuff to work has already been done by @dzaima in cbqn. I have seen it work, but I have not had an opportunity to update submodules and command lines.
