Describe the bug
Looking through the most recent releases, looks like the following are no included in the last 4 releases of the actions runners:

  • noexternals
  • noruntime
  • noruntime-noexternals

Wondering why that is and what the recourse is to fix this?

To Reproduce
Go to https://github.com/actions/runner/releases

Expected behavior
For the noexternals, noruntime and noruntime-noexternals to be included as a part of each release

Runner Version and Platform

2.311.0

Linux

What's not working?

Deprecated the old version (2.311.0) and not releasing the above versions
