Description:
Describe your proposal.
We create PR with some automation tool called copybara. Can we exempt those PR's not to get in to stale.
Like exempt-authors

Justification:
Justification or a use case for your proposal.
Otherwise stale will work on those PR's too. Don't want to create too many labels to exempt them.

Are you willing to submit a PR?

I can give a try.

I'd like this feature as well. In my case I'd use it to exempt PR's created by Dependabot

This allows excluding specific authors' issues/PRs. Useful for those created by project owners, for example.
