Freshdesk ticket editor - works fine

Doesn't seem I'm able to edit the wiki, but Freshdesk ticket editor works great with MDH.

Unfortunately I had to lock the wiki due to the cheatsheet frequently getting defaced.

Doesn't work any more. Freshdesk updated their editor.
