  1. new page
  2. pinch to list mode
  3. sidebar that new page
  4. re-add that page to the list
  5. page disappears

bonus bug:
6. collapse stack to a row
7. page reappears in that row, but at wrong scale
8. tap to return to list
9. page is in wrong scale
