Punchblock should use lower-level XMPP library

Blather is overkill in its current state for a limited client like Punchblock. A lower-level XMPP library using a more performant XML parser like https://github.com/ohler55/ox would allow us to squeeze more performance out of Punchblock on a Rayo server.
