Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We should remove, and remove if possible, the Vendor JS dependencies, especially Modernizr and Form-Data polyfill.

Other interesting candidates include:

Remove jQuery dependency (not sure if there's a tool that will convert jQuery to native JS?)
Update the search results to use FlexGrid/Box instead of the JS alignment used now.
