Å,Ä,Ö Will not work

I've just completed my translation, when I switched to it in the UI, some letters doesn't want to be shown. (Å Ä Ö). I know that Github isn't the case. Because when I forked and uploaded the Swedish files, I could read them perfectly. And another problem, these letters will not work as I tried to create a website this mornin... "Ä" looks like "ä". Thanks in advance!

See pull #2157. Your file should be saved with UTF8, it's currently ISO 8859-1. I was able to test it in my local copy of your branch and re-encoding with UTF8 fixes this issue. Brackets can't handle changing a file's encoding, but you can use another editor like Sublime Text and choose File > Save With Encoding > UTF8.
