From the IQE team:

Vista is not an official support OS for Brackets/Edge Code, but user still can download Edge Code on it from CCM. Nothing happens when double-clicking the installer after downloading it on Vista OS.

Reflow also doesn’t support Vista officially, but it can be installed and launched successfully on it on English OS.

It’s a bad user experience if user can download app but cannot install it without any notification.

Could you check this issue?

This is mostly a dupe of #2272, which is already release-noted. Afaik Brackets does support Vista, so that is a legit bug.

However, Edge Code does not support Vista - only Win 7 or newer.

@jasonsanjose - can you ask the IQE person to file a bug against CCM in Watson? The CC Apps page blocks downloading on other unsupported OSes (e.g. XP), so it seems like a bug that downloading on Vista is allowed. If they're unsure where to file the bug, just let me know and I can do it.
