Expected behavior

If you type one big long line of text, the textarea will grow. But if you type in multiple lines of text, the textarea should grow and allow scrolling

Actual behavior

f you type one big long line of text, the textarea will grow. But if you type in multiple lines of text, it doesn’t grow or allow scrolling.

How can we reproduce this issue?

1. Go to https://opensource.adobe.com/spectrum-web-components/components/textarea/#grows
2. Remove any text from the middle of the textarea
3. Start adding text and press Enter
4. Check the textrea doesnt grow not scroll
