Per discussion #157 , this issue is to add a new feature allowing a new speaker to be specified on the chapter line. For instance:

# Chapter 1 %en-US-AndrewNeural

These are some words.

# Chapter 2 %en-US-AvaMultilingualNeural

These are more words, but spoken by a new voice.
