Motrix duplicating downloads

I'm using Motrix lastest version in Sonoma 14.5 in MB Air M2, with Google Chrome extension, but everytime I click to download something (movie, program, files) it creates automatically 2 files downloads in Motrix, like "xxxxx.exe"and "xxxxx(1).exe". I've tried to reinstall motrix, remove and install again the extension in Chrome, but no resolution.
