A config variable to set OpenSalve server #1

Would be nice if there's a config value in a JSON file or something else to configure which OpenSalve server to use. Example config.json :

{
    "server": "//opensalve.myhost.com"
}

This'll be helpful for both development and production.

Or maybe a config value in settings view ?
