Some things were missing like

Ensuring that existing user has a passwordless sudo
Generating a user ssh key and then rekeying
Recommendations on disko configuration
Notes around if you do not provide a keyFile/passwordFIle then disko will prompt for the LUKS password
backup of LUKS headers to password manager
etc
