Test and make sure that the logic of rider departure time adaptions lead to:

flexible behavior of the agents, i.e. allow later and earlier departures
when departing late the previous activity should be prolonged
when departing early the following activity should be started earlier

assumption: all activities' start and end times are flexible

note: how to deal with marginal utility of arriving late?
