Rejected plans stay in the person's plans, this should not happen (I presume) - see discussion in matsim-org/matsim-libs#2931

This can be nicely demonstrated with RunNoDriverExample, where after iteration 1 both the bike plan and the drs plan (which must never be executed) have a score (exactly the same to be precise).

Deleting the rejected plan solves the issue but creates an even larger new issue: finding an equilibrium is prolonged - even for a simple perfect example like RunPerfectMatchExample .. so I deactivated this again in 56654be
