First of all am I not sure if this suggestion is technically possible and/or within the scope of this extension.
I do believe that it is within scope, as title translations often times leave bad, misleading info to the viewer, which this extension tries to combat.
What is it?
The Feature Request is to add the option of having Video titles not be translated by YouTube.
YouTube started to apply automatically translated titles to videos. The fact they are auto-translated and not channel/community submitted is the simple fact that they have a clear Google Translate feel to them (A word-by-word translation that just sounds awful) without context being applied.
Why?
This auto-translation can't be disabled at all it seems. Not even a supposed workaround by adding English as a language to your Google Account seems to work anymore, making this a "feature" without any opt-out solution available.
