Any way to jump back in path?

Let's say I do the following:

mkdir -p /tmp/foo/bar/batz
z /tmp/foo/bar/batz

Are there any options to look at the current path to allow z foo to take me to /tmp/foo even though I have never manually went there? Currently attempting to do so gives zoxide: no match found.

Currently I have a function in my .bashrc to do this gist link, but was hoping Zoxide would simplify my .bashrc

Adding all of /tmp/foo/bar/batz, /tmp/foo/bar, /tmp/foo, and /tmp to zoxide for one cd call would very rapidly pollute the database with entries you don't need or want. The reason zoxide works so well with just a few characters is that the DB has very few entries.

If you have to cd into /tmp/foo, I would suggest manually cd-ing in there once rather than writing scripts to add extra directories to the database - it will save you time in the long run.
