Hello Everyone, I, Raj Kachhadiya, an MTech AI/ML student. My internship experience in self-driving cars using self-supervised learning has equipped me with robust object detection and tracking skills honed further through a personal project where I built an object tracking system with a deep learning model in PyTorch. This combination of academic and practical experience fuels my desire to contribute significantly to this project. I'm particularly intrigued by the potential of leveraging my skills in developing fire detection algorithms, analyzing fire spread patterns, or estimating fire intensity. I'm confident that my proficiency in Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Flask, and OpenCV will enable me to seamlessly integrate into your workflow and deliver impactful results. Beyond technical expertise, I value collaboration and community growth. I believe in sharing insights, actively participating in |

Hello everyone, I'm Yash Kumar, and I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Science at The University of British Columbia. My expertise lies in data analysis, machine learning, and deep learning. I've developed and deployed various applications, such as a CNN-Based Pneumonia Detection Web App on GCP App Engine, an iOS app for plant disease identification, and web apps for human activity recognition and breast cancer dataset analysis. I've also gained practical experience through a data science internship where I applied K-means clustering to determine centroids and DBSCAN to detect outliers in analysing transportation data. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to contribute. Yash Kumar |

Greetings Everyone, I'm Sarvesh Khetan, a recent graduate from BITS Pilani with a specialization in Data Science where I have published a paper on computer vision (https://doi.org/10.4028/p-8EfgQY). I prefer Pytorch over any other deep-learning framework. Currently, I am in the transition phase, gearing up to pursue a master's degree in Data Science at U Maryland College Park, with the possibility of considering admits from UCLA or UCSD. During this interim period, I aim to utilize my time effectively by contributing to open-source projects. Looking forward to learning from all of you : ) Linkedin : https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarveshkhetan/ |

Hello everyone 😊, I'm Wayne Zhou, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Northeastern University's Seattle campus. My background is in architectural design, with expertise in building information modeling, GIS, and green technology. I'm passionate about projects that have a meaningful impact and solve real-world challenges. Beyond coding, I enjoy fine arts, modern furniture, and exploring nature. In one of my current projects, I'm developing a predictive model for an employment service agency in Ontario, Canada. The model aims to determine which plan items are most likely to result in a return-to-work outcome based on client characteristics and employment history. Additionally, this semester, I'm learning about AWS cloud computing and have completed a project using AWS SageMaker for machine learning data labeling, model development, and training. I'm also contributing to an IoT monitoring system for Northeastern University Seattle campus where I configured the data transmittal API between hardware/sensors and cloud data classification/storage. This hands-on experience with hardware will help the deep-learning model deployment on many low-power devices. I believe this forest fire detection project aligns with my interests and would be a valuable opportunity for me to contribute. I see it as a chance to further develop my skills in machine learning and computer vision, while also contributing to the protection of our environment. Looking forward to collaborating with you all! |
