v3: contributors-readme-action

v3 of contributors readme action will have remarkable change like v2 had.

Some of the features in my mind.

1. Icons for users like all-contributors
2. File based list loading with full customization.
3. New operator

Also i have been thinking on this, migrating the action to ts because it will help new contributors.

So probably a de structure to ease up contributions for new developers

Decided to restructure the action with TS.

The code must be restructured for easier testing and future usecases. The new codebase will have inspiration of FP
