Describe the bug
Network edges with non null eYearBegin and eYearEnd show beyond their supposed time span of existence

To Reproduce
Can be tested with France dataset
HST network starts from 1981 but for instance lines to Marseille should be visible only from 2001, while they are visible since 1981
slide time with the menu "Generalities", slider "Year"

Expected behavior
Lyon Marseille should only be visible from 2001 on
