How to: Use, create a Magnet/Torrent default app & Convert a Magnet link to a Torrent File

Not really finding much of how-to's or documentation on how to use this code, though it does seem to be the nr1 recommendation.

What i am trying to do is quite simple:

• Create a simple Windows Desktop Background App that would become the default app for .torrent files and Magnet Links
• When receiving a Magnet Link, simply saving it to a .torrent file.

Thaaat's pretty much it ..
I have a NAS folder which will pick up any torrent file in a certain folder.
I'd just like to make an app that picks up any torrent or magnet, and drops a .torrent file in that NAS folder.
The NAS will then automatically pick it up and start.
