In the table in https://github.com/alastria/alastria-identity/wiki/Alastria-ID-Workflows#subject-status-and-transitions it is not clear if the Entity refers to an Issuer, Verifier (Service Provider) or both. If the table refers to a Verifier, the row with status A is not correct, because next state shuld not be necessarily B.

For example, a Service Provider could accept a VC as a mechanism for onboarding without having to create previously a Legacy ID using other mecanisms.
