在我们谈论程序员群体的时候，大家很容易忽视起中的”二本“同学。
在大厂的招聘过程中，总是会出现卡学历的问题，很多”二本“同学是通过合作，外包的方式进入到大厂的。

在ALC Beijing的活动中，我们发现有一类同学想通过参与开源提升自己的竞争力，拓宽自己的职业发展道路。

“二本”的工作状态是怎么样的？
