IOS Cursor will repeatedly press end turn

When pressing the button end turn, the game repeats the action again and again until something happens at which it stops.
I'm running iOS 15.3.1 on an iPhone XR A2105.

I am also experiencing this problem, On iPhone 14 running iOS 17.5.1

It’s if you tap the screen while other NPC’s are taking their turns or at least that’s what I found to cause the same glitch on my end
