Feature Request: Allow to select different YTDL_OPTIONS per video

So I got pretty much in love with this project. I tested a lot of different ways to download/postprocess my videos.

For some videos I‘m using the ffmpeg-postprocesser and re-encode the videos using hevc/h265, but I don’t want to do with with all videos. Some of the, I just want to keep in its original format with no re-encoding.

So it would be awesome if there would be a way to choose the settings for yt-dlp/ffmpeg at the time you add the video.

I‘m using YTDL_OPTIONS_FILE to specify my settings from a json file. Couldn‘t we „just“ define multiple settings inside this file and allow to select them similar to the Quality Settings?

Or just define e.g. 4 slots for different YTDL_OPTIONS and allow to select them when adding a video?
