No errors, but deposits do not get passed 1 confirmation

Deposits are processed and show up in the user account /funds#/deposits/
but every deposit stays at 1 confirmation.
The link to the txid is OK and following that link shows the confirmations are much more,
but somehow in peatio the confirmation stays at 1.
Could someone advice what file to edit/ where to look to solve this?

Maybe related; in the admin dashboard the deposits show up, but in the admin deposits page, the dropdown menu only shows "Bitcoin Deposits" , the altcoins I added are not showing. Also the Bitcoin Deposits show no data while I did a bitcoin deposit too. This deposit also shows in the admin dashboard, but not in the Bitcoin Deposits menu. If you could advice how to solve this or point me in the right direction, that would be great too. Thanks and cheers.
