I want to be pre fill the composer form with the transaction information from a historical transaction
So that I leverage historical data to make my life easier

As an AlgoKit user
I want to be pre fill the app studio method call form with the transaction information from a historical transaction
So that I leverage historical data to make my life easier

Acceptance Criteria

• Users can initiate a transaction prefill by viewing a historical transaction
• Any non app call transaction prefills should land in the transaction composer
• Any app call transaction prefills that lora has a stored app spec for (account for mutable apps), should land in the app studio
• The user can add multiple prefill composed transactions to a transaction group
