部署后低峰期对应用响应时间影响20% ？

假如TimeControlThread、DataDumpThread、SamplerThread三个线程都关闭（去掉）了，InnerSocketThread这个线程的switchFlag为false，这样子部署后低峰期对应用响应时间影响也是20% ？
