ilogtail多租户隔离能力 #1514

同一个ilogtail采集器服务于多个租户，每个租户有不同的接入endpoint，当某个租户网络差导致处理速度慢的情况下，会不会导致所有租户的处理速度都慢下来，因为logprocess的多个线程worker所有租户是共用的。

不会的，ilogtail的资源分配是采集配置级别的，单租户异常不会影响其他租户
