目前 rax 的 render 是不会去移除原有节点下已有的内容，所有出现了两个

能不能像react 、anujs、vue这类框架这样支持服务器激活渲染呢

这PR为啥最后没有实现呢

重复渲染的问题在 Rax 1.x 中已解决，另外 Rax CLI 目前已支持创建 SSR 工程了
