Can this plugin be used to tag forum entries? If not, is it possible to be added?

I have no experience with Ruby, nor any experience developing Redmine plugins. Do you have any pointers I can take (besides the tutorials and information available on the Redmine web), so I can begin to see possibility to implement this myself?

you can try to find a developer, who needs the same features as you. Or you pay a developer for your required feature.

I do not need this feature for my own purpose and I also have no capacity to accept a payed job at the moment.
