I wanna make tags as a required field (mandatory field)

Hello.
I really happy to use this plugin.

I asked my team to add at least 1 tag. But sometimes they are missing tags.
So, I wanna make tags as a required field (mandatory field).
I couldn't find the way how to set tags field to required field.

I only know this way. Administration > Workflow > Fields permissions tab > and set the fields to "Required" field.
But there is no "Tags" field.

Anybody can help me? or It's not able to set with current plugin version?

I'm using Additional Tags 1.0.7 and Redmine 5.0.5.
