[FR][Extension Options Panel] Ability to keep some addon on the top of EOPanel's list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I've installed many addons on Firefox.
I need to enable/disable two of them frequently, and for others I just keep them always enabled/disabled.
Everytime I open Extension Options Panel, I have to look for one addon in a long list.

I hope there's a feature to allow me to keep two or three addons always on top of EOPanel's list.

BTW, I realize currently the order of addons are not sorted by name. I wonder what are they sorted by currently?

They're sorted by enabled/disabled state first, then by name.

Those enabled addons are not sorted by name here. I'm on Firefox 115 on Linux

That's not my extension options panel. That's the unified extensions panel, which is built into Firefox.
