Colunas repetidas na tabela de itens #17

A tabela de itens das licitações vem com as colunas TP_DOCUMENTO e NR_DOCUMENTO repetidas, mas não possuem os mesmos valores. Creio que elas façam referência às colunas TP_DOCUMENTO_VENCEDOR, NR_DOCUMENTO_VENCEDOR, TP_DOCUMENTO_FORNECEDOR e NR_DOCUMENTO_FORNECEDOR descritas no documento de descrição das tabelas do tce (páginas 52-53).
