Hello!

I started the LocationUpdatesService on a Samsung A40 and a Xiaomi Note 7. I turned off battery saving on the phone.

The phones did not move. There were no location changes.
The program did nothing after an hour. Did not move LocationUpdatesService.

But when I woke up the phone, immediately LocationUpdatesService worked again.

Why is this? If the phone is not moving, why is LocationUpdatesService working?

Or is this normal?
