增加用户交互记录，支持操作重放 #419

需求细化中

因为资源不足，测试覆盖度有限，部分操作（如同步）可能会导致用户手动录入的部分数据丢失。

为降低该类情况的负面影响，在尽量增加测试覆盖度的基础上，拟定增加用户的对数据的操作记录，并支持批量选择并重放，以增加数据丢失时恢复成功率。
重放机制也可用于跨设备数据同步。

目前计划需要新增的交互类型有：

资源操作
分类、媒体库和组件配置
标签操作
