The mismatch between results of verilog inplementation and C inplementation of SHA256

Hello! Recently, I run your code of sha256_unrolled_pipelined.v and its C implementation (sha256.c, sha256.h, sha256_test.c), but I got the different final hash values between these two implementation. Do you have some ideas about the reason?
