localstorage should be able to handle datetime objects

best to wait until strptime gets added to skulpt before attempting this

I've submitted a pull request to skulpt for a full client side json implementation.
When that gets added to skulpt/anvil i'll implement this.
(the current anvil json implementation on the client doesn't allow any overrides)
