Spell checking disabled for any comment or string literal that includes a URL or any of the other patterns in defaultSettings.skipIfMatch

Most of the defaults in skipIfMatch ought to go in skipWordIfMatch because otherwise a whole comment or string literal will be ignored if it matches the pattern and the patterns are quite inclusive, like the Auxiliary verbs.

Because there is no way of overriding the defaultSettings.skipIfMatch (as it is a union of your own settings and the default) there is no way to work around it either.
